Ya,I do definitely understand the need to keep it simple and clean,I’ve just become use to the sea of wires behind all the equipment. It would be better to elevate the cables like you do ,but I have so many, where to even start?Have a wonderful day Sir,    John

LA... for sure with ground systems improvement would be alot better!  I like my equipments simple; i don’t like it all clutter and messy, i like it clear up in front of my sound stage,  to me it helps with imaging.  I had great racks and use alot of isolation but they all come n go, so to make my life easy, i just use butcher blocks for simplicity and don’t have to deal with equipments sizing and fitting.  Happy listening!

What a beautiful system and room!  Love your diffuser.  I'd imagine it weighs 900 pounds and mounts to the wall studs behind it?  In any case, your system is a lovely work of art.

Wow,very impressive system Sir.The different iterations are quite lovely and I can only imagine how wonderful they sound together.I am sure it sounds pure and organic like I could only hope for someday.I was just wondering if you have ever considered experimenting with any grounding boxes. With you’re caliber of equipment,it would probably be quite revealing and beneficial. In my experience,it removes a veil off the sound stage making things more open and enjoyable to listen to.I use Entreq, but others may work just as well.Only other thing I would be curious about, have you tried Stillpoint anti-resonance feet and or racks.Their products I found a game changer.I tried multiple other feet throughout the years, and once you hear the difference they make,it’s very hard, impossible even,to go back to a system without them.I am not affiliated in any way with either company.I am so very impressed with your system that I literally couldn’t imagine how much more music you could extract from the grooves.I hope you consider my thoughts and please don’t think they come from a bad place.I have the utmost respect for your skills and abilities in choosing an excellent system.Have a wonderful day Sir,    John

Nice horn system!

I also wish to try out horn system possibly vintage Western some day.

If you live close to Pacific Northwest, it would be nice to listen to your system.

MA... The Dynastation can accommodate lots of variable tubes on the output and rectifier.  PM me at [email protected].  Hope to chat more.  Happy Listening!

Hi Zipost,
thanks for advice about upgrading Dynastation power supply ( running on dc). I will definetelly try it in future.
But first I'm ready to do some tube rolling on player. What tubes you're using on Dynastation? I see some interesting globes and rectifier in photo number 16:

Hi BJ,  Really appreciate the feedback.  All internal chassis on all my units are dampened by EAR materials.  The Turntable sits on an extra isolation platform from the manufacture.  I use 3’ maple birch butcher board for the turntable, which helps alot with vibration. The flooring was custom with 1.5 inch of Russian plywood underneath to help reduces any vibration.

zipost

Hi, system looks great obviously. Can you talk about your experience with achieving isolation of the turntable from floor transmitted energy? It looks like you have a lot of bass to deal with.

bjazzburk

Ok! I’m a big fan of SET amps (mine are Triode Lab 45) with horn high impedance speakers but I’m curious to try the OTL Atmasphere only in order to have a more direct sound and large bandwidth.

I am using both; the NAF and Triode Labs. Both are great amps.  Atmasphere is an otl type designs, personally i am not a big fan of otl amps.   Atmasphere preamp with the NAF and Triode Labs are both great match.  I can run it balanced or single ended with a switch on my amps.

zipost

What monos you prefer : NAF 845 or the Triode Lab 2A3 and why? Did you try Atmasphere monos also?

Oregon...really appreciate your feedback. Collection of tubes throughout the years.   The basket was the only solutions for quick n easy access.  Happy Listening!

Manfedas...Your Dynastation mk3 is an excellent cd player; very musical and analog sounding!  You can take it to the next level with power supply upgrades ( running on dc).  Your coupling caps on that unit is very critical ( v-caps cutf series).  Let me know if i can be a help with any upgrades.  Happy Listening!

Love the system and your dedication. Although I’m not familiar with most of the equipment.
I presume you live in Deutschland?
What part? I will be in Southern Bavaria next year and I’d love to go hiking, looking to fill a basket with those shiny mushrooms you’ve picked. Yes, the ones in the basket on the left.
It’s a fantabulous looking system! I bet it sounds wonderful.
Schuss,

@zipost Amazing system!
By the way, I see you have same CD player as me - Dynavox Dynastation mk3.
I'm super happy with audio quality from it, however I see you upgraded it heavily. Can you somehow share details about upgrades public or privately?
Thanks in advance!

Seismic series 2 sub.. 18’ field coil, with external amp.  i am trying to incorporate that with the Edgar horn field coil.  Will post pixs later.  Happy Listening!

zipost

Is that a Edgar Seismic Sub in the center?

thanks for your feedback!

Very nice, the only thing I would change is, if possible... to place the equipment on the right or left side, not between the speakers, here are the most resonance/response. And why is your turntable so far? You did not wright about it? After some years of Digital, I am luckily back to Analog, with my new Seismograph Turntable from Germany (like me) not sure if it is possible to buy it in US. It is a Gamechanger although I am playing it with a cheap cartridge...NAF is available also in Germany, l like it. Happy Listening
