Description

After about 5 years, I have arrived at a system I enjoy for all musical styles. I have about equal numbers of LPs and CDs, but tend to listen to vinyl mostly, as most people tend to. All that remains is a final tonearm, the Jelco arm is a stop gap, until I can afford better. I am in Oxfordshire in the UK and would be pleased to hear from any other English form inmates

I just got a pair of Gibbon Nines. I have maybe 60-70 hrs on them, so they are not yet broken in. I have had speakers retailing between 17-30K in my listening room in the past 6-7 years. At this point, I feel the Nines are more enjoyable than 4 out of five of those others. What size is your room. If it is not real big, I would pounce on the Wild Cherry Nines on the Gon right now. They're pretty easy on the eyes too. Since I have had them , I feel my mind is in the right place which is mostly on music. This to me means they are doing their job.
