Dedicated listening room with large dual reclining love seat 2 ft off of the back wall. ML Ethos now paired with Bel Canto S300-iu, streaming from a Fiio...audio bliss.
After a waaay too long period of time...I have updated to a pair of minty ML Ethos speakers, and have sold the Unison Research S-6. While the ML's are a tad large for the room, the sound is perfectly balanced and clear, resulting in the closest I've come yet to a true live performance experience. Only negative is it requires one to sit in EXACTLY the middle position....6 inches left or right and the balance changes and looses focus.
