Description

This is my main system. I think I may need to consolidate a bit further... or, upgrade.

I'm trying to decide on which route to go. If I go fully into the 2-channel realm, I would probably invest in another high-end DAC to insert between my PMDT and ARC LS-10. Then search for a better 2-channel amp... or, more likely, main speakers.

Or, if I go the HT route, I would consider selling off my Proceed PAV/PDSD (which I love), LS-10, and DV-12S1 to finance the purchase of a new/newer Krell or Lexicon.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Haven't really made an investment in the television area. Looking into Sony GWIII (LCD, like DLP).

Main listening room is not ideal in dimensions... It's approximately 11x20 (guessing). System is on long wall. Eventually this will all change, but couldn't pass up opportunities on great equipment. LS-10 is hard to come by, and amazing.

What type of television are you using with your system and what are the dimensions of your room?

I'm in agreement with you, Mitch4t. The LS-10 is incredible. I've pretty much made up my mind to go with my initial idea of focusing on a 2-Channel set up. Besides, the LS-10 affords me the versatility to maintain my HT capability as it stands now.

I think my next purchase will be in the speaker category.

Don't ever sell the LS-10
