Description

Well, this would only cost around 400K to assemble. If I start saving now, you think I could do it before I die?

Maybe if I bought all at once from the same retailer they would give me a volume discount. Any thoughts on what kind of discount I should try for? You think I could get a dealer to let me home audition before commiting to such an investment?

I did not include any subs, I do not think they would be strictly necessary. Anyone think differently? Maybe for under 35 or 40 Hz only, huh? Any model recommendations for subs to match the Evidence Masters?

Comments are, of course, welcome.

Well after years of collection this is what I have:

Dynaudio Evidence Master (2 channel no center)

Lamm Reference 1.2 amps

Jeff Rowland Synergi 2I pre amp (maybe I need to upgrade this one)

Wadia 270 SE transport

Reimyo DAC

Kenwood L-02 tuner (now this was hard to find let me tell you)

Audio Magic Transendence Power conditioner

Virtual Dynamics Revelation (mostly cables)

I am afraid to actually count what I have spent but I love it.

I'm glad I have realized that it only costs about 20-25k retail for the most satisfying and musical sound... You need not spend 16 times that for a good system...

Wilson XS sub is the answer for subsonic sound

This is only an illusion as you know. Listen to maggies with
tubes & you will know what is musicality.

Awesome if you can build it. Why 2 CD players. Why not a DP101 duo? Go for the gusto! Excellent dream system.
