System edited: The TEAC is much better sounding than the Pioneer rig, but now I have to get a dvd player...funny how that worked get something new, have to buy something else!
I've been VERY plsd with it. I've upgraded the tubes (alot). I've had quite a few different systems (up to about $80,000 two channel) and frankly, this is the easest to listen to. I listen to it at least twice a day and wouldn't give it up for the world. I've seen the E40a for sell somewhere....I'm pretty doggone sure it was on a Rogers LS3/5a site somewhere. There are a few NOS E40a floating around....don't settle for the E20a though, they NEED the extra power.
What do you think of the speakers. I also have some studio 1's but i run mine of harmon kardon valve amp. I have stuggled to find something that sounds better. Is the rogers amp good? They are evry rare is Australia.
