It has been a good while since I have updated this but I thought I would give it a go.

To begin, I did indeed get the 2CE Sig. Vandersteens as referenced above, in the mahogany finish and they look and sound wonderful. Though out of the box they didn't have the liquidity or the uncanny soundstage that the fully broken in demo pair at the dealer had, I must say that I was very happy with my purchase.

A couple of months after getting the Steens however, I had a problem with my left channel Magnum 120 monoblock and after much back and forth with the dealer, a blown transformer, and some excruciatingly long delays later, I decided to bite the bullet so to speak and upgraded the 120s to the vastly superior Rouge 150s.

The Rouge 150 monos are in every way a better amplifier than the Magnum 120. I could right paragraph upon paragraph detailing the numerous advantages of the 150s, but since I want to keep this post short, they are better in every way. If a 120 owner is sitting on the fence about doing it, I urge them to not think twice and just get the upgrade....they won't regret it.

More to come...gotta run
