The Cambridge amp has a smmoth sound, is good for a smaller room and is priced reasonably. The Rega Planet 2000 has a rich, neutral sound - works great on jazz music and I can't afford the Linn Genki. The B&W DM 303's are another steal @ $300 pair and sound very musical. Speaker cable is Audioquest 4.
