Awesome universal cd player. I use it only for cd playback. I haven't tried SACD or DVD-A yet.

Hypex UCD700HG Custom built mono class D amps
Custom built by me with allot of research. Each mono uses a 822VA transformer with a Hypex soft start, power supply and UCD700HG with regulators. Rhodium binding post, balanced and RCA inputs and a 12V switched input. They weigh 40lbs each and put out 350wpc into 8 ohms and 700wpc into 4 ohms. They are stable to 1 ohm.

System edited: I like my new Tyler speakers. They have good bass and detail. The preamp updates were well worth the money. The new pot is great. Highly recommended! CD player was just a good deal and the Cal Labs died on me. Messing with Blue Jeans interconnects. So far so good.
System edited: Preamp and amp will be showing up toward the end of January 2007. By this time my dac will be compleate and I should have new 10 gage inductors installed in the Merlins.
Your system seems to be all right.I have heard very good things about the Karan Acoustics Integrated amp.My friend Darren Censulo of Avatar Audio here in Miami is going to be the importer of all the karan products.I am going to get the chance to try the integrated in my system.I will compare it to my Cat Ultimate preamp and Art audio Jota single-ended amp.Word has it that the Integrated rivals seperates costing up $25,000. Chances are the Karan is probably too advanced for the rest of your system.The separates(preamp and amps)well,thats another story.Stay in touch.
